A 10-year promise on every bed.

We build RestPets beds to outlast the dog that sleeps on them. If a manufacturing defect turns up in the first decade of ownership, we'll repair or replace the bed at no cost to you.

What's covered

· Support-core flattening greater than 1 cm (0.4 in) under normal use
· Seam separation, zipper failure, and cover manufacturing defects
· Non-slip base delamination
· Any material or workmanship defect present at the time of shipping

What's not covered

· Normal cosmetic wear, fading from sunlight, or pilling on the cover
· Damage from chewing, digging, or clawing
· Damage caused by improper washing (e.g. machine-washing the foam)
· Beds used in commercial or kennel environments
· Any bed not purchased directly from restpets.com or an authorized retailer

How to file a claim

1. Email warranty@restpets.com with your order number and 2-3 photos showing the issue.
2. We'll review within 2 business days and confirm whether the claim is covered.
3. Approved claims are repaired or replaced free of charge; we cover return shipping both ways.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
