How is this different from a $40 bed on Amazon?+
The support core. Most budget beds are single-layer polyester fill or low-density foam that compresses within weeks. Our beds use a high-density orthopedic support core layered under a pressure-relief memory foam contour layer, with a non-slip base and a removable, washable cover.
How do I know which size to buy?+
Match the bed to your dog's weight and sleep style, not their breed. Use the Bed Finder for a two-minute recommendation. If your dog stretches out flat rather than curling, size up. Our 100-night trial covers a size swap if you get it wrong.
Can I wash the cover?+
Yes. The cover unzips fully and is machine-washable on cold, tumble dry low. The internal support layers are spot-clean only - never submerge the foam.
Will my dog actually use it?+
Most dogs adopt it within the first three days. If your dog is a hard case, place it in their current sleep spot with a familiar blanket on top for two nights. If they still won't use it after 100 nights, return it for a full refund.
How long does the foam last?+
The orthopedic support core is warrantied for 10 years against flattening more than 1 cm under normal use. In accelerated wear testing it holds shape for well over a decade of daily use by a large-breed dog.
Are the materials safe?+
All foams are CertiPUR-US certified - made without formaldehyde, heavy metals, or ozone-depleting chemicals, and tested for low VOC emissions. Covers are OEKO-TEX tested.
Do you ship internationally?+
