Every RestPets order is backed by free shipping and a 100-night in-home trial. No restocking fees, no return shipping charges within the contiguous US.
Shipping
- Where we ship
- Continental US and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship for a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- How long it takes
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery is typically 3-6 business days by ground carrier.
- Cost
- Free on all beds and blankets. Accessories under $50 ship for a flat $6.
- Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
Returns & the 100-night trial
- Try it for 100 nights
- Give your dog at least 14 nights on the bed - dogs need time to accept a new sleep surface. If it's not working by night 100, we'll refund you in full.
- How to start a return
- Email returns@restpets.com with your order number. We'll issue a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of pickup.
- Size swaps
- Wrong size? We'll swap it once, free - no restocking fees.
What we do with returned beds
Returned beds are never resold as new. Lightly used items are professionally cleaned and donated to partner shelters. Beds that can't be donated are stripped for foam recycling.
